DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA notice does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification. Please note that when we receive a counter-notification, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. That party may then choose to file a lawsuit against you for copyright infringement.
To file a counter-notification with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the following items:
